These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ak365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ak365 website located at https://ak365.vip and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other products offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the ak365 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. ak365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

ak365 provides its services in English and targets adult players located in Bangladesh. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated. Registration Requirements

Where ak365 determines that a player has operated multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonus funds across all accounts will be voided, and pending withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation. ak365 reserves the right to permanently close all accounts associated with the same individual in such circumstances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ak365 login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity carried out on your account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified ak365 of a security breach.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. ak365 processes withdrawal requests on the same business day for standard players and within two (2) hours for VIP tier members. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ak365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your national identity card (NID) and a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet statement — before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000. General Bonus Conditions

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on ak365 are eligible for the platform's welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new players only and cannot be combined with any other introductory offer. The welcome bonus must be claimed within thirty (30) days of account registration.

In the event of any conflict between these general rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for that game.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. No bet is valid until you receive a confirmation from the platform with a unique bet reference number.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where the "Cash Out" feature is available and you choose to exercise it before the relevant market is settled.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the discretion of ak365's trading team, including during significant match events, weather delays, or data feed interruptions.
• ak365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a palpable error in the odds has occurred. A palpable error is defined as an odds price that is materially inconsistent with the fair market price at the time the bet was placed.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). Abandoned or no-result matches will be settled according to the applicable market rules.

Live Casino Rules

• Live casino games on ak365 are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The specific rules for each live game — including Lightning Roulette, Speed Baccarat, Andar Bahar Live, Dragon Tiger, and Teen Patti — are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game (including disconnection, streaming failure, or dealer error), the outcome of the affected round will be determined in accordance with the game provider's dispute resolution rules. ak365 will implement whatever outcome the game provider confirms as the official result.

Slot Game Rules

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded by the game server, the server result shall be the authoritative record.

As a registered player on ak365, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration or during any verification process, including false date of birth, false identity documents, or use of another person's identity.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one ak365 account, regardless of the purpose or method used to create the additional account.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner that ak365 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion, including pattern betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, whether in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player format, to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Arbitrage Betting: Using ak365 in conjunction with other platforms to place opposing bets on the same outcome for guaranteed profit (arbitrage), where such activity materially affects ak365's commercial exposure.
• Third-Party Funds: Depositing funds that do not belong to you or using a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account that is registered in another person's name.
• Software Exploitation: Using any robot, bot, automated script, or other software tool to interact with the ak365 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to disrupt, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of ak365, including its servers, databases, or payment systems.

ak365 employs a range of technical and manual monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and — where confirmed — permanent account closure with forfeiture of balances in accordance with Section 8 below.

ak365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion. The circumstances under which account action may be taken include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy age verification or identity verification requirements within the period specified by ak365.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or identity fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts or attempting to re-register after a prior account has been closed.
• Any activity that ak365 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or financing of unlawful activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion submitted through the responsible gaming tools or via support.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your ak365 account at any time by contacting the support team. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, ak365's self-exclusion policy will apply and a minimum exclusion period will be enforced before the account can be reopened. If you are closing your account for other reasons, any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Closure Due to Terms Breach

Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed Terms breach, ak365 reserves the right to void any bonus funds, forfeit any winnings derived from the use of prohibited methods, and retain any real-money balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, ak365 will retain all funds in the account and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
